School Introduction:

At Tokyo Belle époque College of Confectionery, students aim to become the kind of patissier, chef or professional in café that customers ask for repeatedly when they place their order. During the 2 years of college life, there are many school events such as school contests, study abroad programs and sports days to make your studying fun and fulfilling.

Patissier Major: 2 Years
Dedicated instructors and active confectioners teach students starting with the basics including how to use equipment to make confections and breads and create original sweets and gift wrapping in an intimate setting. In addition, students can use the facility everyday after school to practice what they learned. We also offer assistance to all students outside of class hours.
School Characteristics:

The school is located in Tokyo, the center of Japan, enabling students to learn the latest techniques before anywhere else. Famous confectioners teach students confectionery from scratch. The curriculum allows students to learn not only confectionery, but also overall knowledge about the café business.
