I started job hunting in December and went through a list twenty interviews before I received a job offer. I choose game programming because I wanted to take advantage of my creativity not only in games but in web application as well. Early on I received many compliments from big companies. So, I thought that, I could freely challenge anything.
Choosing to start looking for a job early was a good decision. By February, I was already finding out what companies are looking for and what kind of company would suit me.
Sadly, because I was fixated only a few selected companies I let some really good opportunities slip by. Instead of focusing on a few companies, I should have take a more chances. I think in the future wild doing my best as member of society. I would like to try and experience as many things as possible.
