I'm Dong Bang Shin Ki's manager at S.M. Entertainment, which handles artists such as BoA and Girls' Generation. I enrolled in TSM after the school was recommended to me by someone in the music industry who I had originally met in Seoul. Gaining experience in the real workplace while I was still in school helped me understand the severity of the job and learn the actual business. I also think I was able to build a relationship with people in the industry. Having on-site skills is the most important thing for getting an offer of employment. I hope you all will believe in yourself and make your dreams come true.
